If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund — no questions asked.

TRACKING & SYSTEM SYNC
Tracking updates may take several days to appear due to shipping carrier synchronization delays. This does not mean that your order is unprocessed or eligible for cancellation.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Sale items discounted by less than 40% may still qualify for return if all return conditions are met.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Sale items discounted by less than 40% must meet the same conditions as regular-priced items, including:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Return authorization (RMA) is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be shipped to the approved return facility provided by our support team
A $15 restocking fee per returned item applies to cover inspection and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR TRYING MULTIPLE SIZES
Customers may not purchase multiple identical items for the purpose of trying different sizes with the intention of returning unwanted items.
Orders placed for this purpose are not eligible for return or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Eva’s Boutique Charleston does not reimburse or cover return shipping expenses under any circumstances.
All approved returns must be shipped to the designated return facility provided by our customer support team. Returns sent to any unauthorized address will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return package is sent to the correct approved return address.
RETURN PERIOD
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the agreement becomes binding immediately.
From that point forward, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Customers must wait until their order has been delivered before requesting a return in accordance with this Return Policy.
This policy is consistent with Article 5 of our Terms & Conditions.
NO EXCHANGES FOR SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for sale items, including exchanges for different sizes or colors.
Please carefully review sizing information before placing your order.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
